Meeting - 12th September 2013

Notice of meeting to be held on

12th September 2013, 2.30 – 4.30pm

at Darlington Community Fire Station Safety Centre

Refreshments available from 2.15pm

Welcome & brief introduction about the Group being a locality group for the Network, our role, the work we do and how to get involved.

A talk by chemotherapy and acute oncology staff about chemotherapy services, acute oncology services and neutropenic sepsis including time for questions.

Macmillan Cancer Information Services staff to discuss their service, developments and the value of volunteers including time for questions.

Closing remarks, thanking people for attending, asking for comments on how services could be improved, ideas for 2014 programme, update from support group, AOB, reminder about next meeting (Thursday 5th December 2.30 – 4.30pm at Darlington Fire Station). An opportunity to socialise/discuss with professionals and other attendees.
